Protect what you share
Every capture is checked automatically for emails, phone numbers, card numbers, API keys and ID numbers. Redact what you choose in Protect & Prepare, while the AI Safety check flags hidden instructions aimed at your AI.

THE STEP BEFORE THE PROMPT
Pasting work into AI can leak client data, carry instructions hidden in a page, and quietly lose part of your source. AI-Ready Capture (ARC) checks all three on your device first.
Every capture is checked automatically for emails, phone numbers, card numbers, API keys and ID numbers. Redact what you choose in Protect & Prepare, while the AI Safety check flags hidden instructions aimed at your AI.
See when a page stopped loading, a PDF page had no readable text or a table may not have survived. Every passage keeps its source reference.
One Copy for AI, one paste into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, with your selected images attached and your sources labelled.
PROTECT & PREPARE
Before you copy, Protect & Prepare shows your source beside exactly what your AI will receive. Personal details are found for you, and text that tries to instruct the AI is flagged and kept out.
Automatic personal-data check on every capture
Email addresses, phone numbers, payment card numbers, API keys and passwords, bank and IBAN numbers, passport and tax IDs, possible U.S. Social Security numbers and birth dates are found for you, before you even open Protect & Prepare. You decide what to redact.
Pattern checks can miss attacks and flag legitimate text, so they're not a security guarantee. Text redaction doesn't alter image pixels.

WHO IT'S FOR
For anyone who uses ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with material that belongs to a client, an employer or a case. Pick the analysis mode that fits, and ARC adjusts its checks and instructions.
You want ChatGPT to summarise a client's documents without exposing who the client is.
What ARC does
Your AI gets the substance. The client's identity and contact details stay on your device.
You're asking AI about an earnings PDF, a 10-K or an Excel model.
What ARC does
You know which numbers your AI actually saw, and where each one came from.
You're comparing several articles, reports and webpages.
What ARC does
One paste with traceable sources, and an honest note of anything that's missing.
You're reviewing contracts or policies with AI.
What ARC does
You share less, and you can see exactly what left your device.
ARC reduces what you share. It isn't legal advice or a compliance guarantee, and its checks can miss things.
RESEARCH PROJECTS
Bring webpages, documents and visual captures into one Research Project while keeping each source separate and traceable.
Project membership organizes evidence. It does not mean sources agree or corroborate one another. Projects stay in this Chrome profile; export a copy for safekeeping.

READINESS REVIEW
AI-Ready Capture tells you when prepared context may need review. Check structure, text quality, numbers and source coverage, with plain-English notes on what to do next.

See the reason. Structure, text quality, numbers and coverage are reported separately.
Keep your judgment. Ready does not mean fact-checked. Numbers still need verification.
Return to the evidence. Compare initial and structured content, then inspect the source.
DIFFICULT DOCUMENTS
A PDF can look perfect and still produce unusable text. Local OCR can recover text from affected pages, with recovery and coverage limits surfaced for review.
Keep the initial extraction. Check the recovered text. Preserve relevant pages as visual references when tables, charts or layout matter.
OCR is bounded and can make mistakes. Visual references preserve images; they do not turn unprocessed pages into verified text. Copy for AI includes reference metadata—you attach the local images separately.

| Region | Revenue | Change |

| West | $98,000 | 8% |
| South | $87,000 | 6% |
CAPTURE OUTSIDE CHROME
Bring visible content from Excel, Word, Edge or another desktop app into your AI workflow.
Choose a window or screen. Capture one still image. Prepare it for AI with locally derived text and explicit capture limitations.
Desktop capture includes visible content only. Upload the original document when you need its underlying text or workbook data.
TRACEABILITY, BUILT INTO THE HANDOFF
Your AI context should carry more than words. Preserve the evidence trail so you can inspect how the context was prepared.
Initial extraction and structured content remain distinct. Review what changed during preparation.
Keep source references, capture method and limitations attached to the evidence.
Identify captured evidence and its representations. Fingerprints do not prove authorship or truth.
Keep local visual references when the text cannot tell the whole story.
AI SAFETY
The prompt-injection check flags suspicious instruction patterns in captured content. Review the findings before handing context to AI.
No suspicious instructions detected.
Example status · advisory, bounded scanThe detector can miss attacks and flag legitimate quotations. It is not a malware scanner or a safety guarantee. Full details and limitations remain available in the product.
PREPARED LOCALLY
Source preparation and OCR run locally. AI-Ready Capture does not send source content to an external AI service during preparation.
You decide when to copy or attach evidence to another AI tool. That service’s policies then apply.
Research Projects are saved in your local Chrome profile, not cloud-synced. This is not a cloud vault or a compliance certification.

Give AI a clearer starting point for professional work—while keeping verification in human hands.
Bring market research and competitor sources into one project before preparing a comparison.
Review reports and visible spreadsheet evidence. Check figures and associations before relying on them.
Keep source references with documents as you prepare obligation reviews or chronologies.
Collect diverse sources with individual limitations preserved, ready for your next question.
Capture the visible state of a dashboard or desktop tool and prepare an evidence-aware brief.
MORE THAN MOVING CONTENT
Those are useful starting points. AI-Ready Capture adds a review and organization layer before the handoff.

Redaction extensions check what you type or paste into a chat. ARC checks the whole page or document before it reaches your AI: it finds personal data, flags hidden instructions aimed at the AI, and tells you what your AI did and didn't receive, such as a page that stopped loading or a PDF page with no readable text. Every passage keeps its source reference. If you only need to scrub a typed prompt, a redaction extension may be all you need.
Your 14-day Professional Preview begins the first time you successfully use AI-Ready Capture, Capture Screen or Screen Recording. Everything in Professional is unlocked, and no credit card is required. Opening the popup or browsing does not start it.

Captured content is structured for a handoff with source context, review notes and limitations. It does not mean the content is factually verified or that an AI answer will be correct.
No. AI-Ready Capture prepares the evidence you bring to your AI. You copy context or a prepared task into the tool you prefer.
Not during local source preparation or OCR. When you choose to paste or attach evidence to another service, its own privacy and processing policies apply.
Yes. Capture Outside Chrome takes a still image of a window or screen you choose, with local OCR for derived text. It captures visible content, not hidden formulas, other sheets or off-screen areas.
A local collection of related, individually identifiable sources. Reopen it, review each source, prepare an AI task or export a Context Bundle. A project does not automatically validate agreement between sources.
The product checks extracted text and can attempt bounded local OCR recovery on affected pages. Coverage and recovery limitations stay visible. Page images can be preserved as visual references; they are not silently attached when you copy for AI.
No. It is an advisory, bounded check for suspicious instruction patterns. It can miss attacks and flag legitimate quotations. It is not a malware scanner.
No. They are stored in your local Chrome profile. Clearing extension data or uninstalling may remove them. Export projects you need to preserve.
No. Readiness checks assess capture quality and limitations. Verify important facts, figures, table reading order and number associations against the original sources.
